Genus Euphlyctis Skittering Frogs

Amphibians

Amphibians are ectothermic, four-limbed vertebrate animals. All extant (living) amphibians belong to the subclass Lissamphibia, with three living orders: Anura (frogs), Urodela (salamanders), and Gymnophiona (caecilians). They are mostly semiaquatic and have adapted to inhabit a wide variety of habitats, with most species living in freshwater, wetland or terrestrial ecosystems.

Mollusca

They are sluggish invertebrates, with a thin fleshy envelope or mantle covering the visceral organs. The term Mollusca was derived from the term given by Aristotle to cuttlefish. Mollusc means soft. These organisms are found in the terrestrial as well as in deep seas.

Reptiles

Reptiles, as commonly defined, are a group of tetrapods with an ectothermic ('cold-blooded') metabolism and amniotic development. Living reptiles comprise four orders: Testudines (turtles), Crocodilia (crocodilians), Squamata (lizards and snakes), and Rhynchocephalia (the tuatara)

Lizards

Lizards are a widespread group of squamate reptiles, with over 7,000 species, ranging across all continents except Antarctica, as well as most oceanic island chains. The group is paraphyletic since it excludes the snakes and Amphisbaenia, and some lizards are more closely related to these two excluded groups than they are to other lizards.

Testudines

Testudines are characterized by a special shell developed mainly from their ribs. Modern turtles are divided into two major groups, the Pleurodira (side necked turtles) and Cryptodira (hidden necked turtles), which differ in the way the head retracts. There are 360 living and recently extinct species of turtles, including land-dwelling tortoises and freshwater terrapins.

Crustacea

Most crustaceans are free-living bottom feeders aquatic animals, but some are terrestrial (e.g. woodlice, sandhoppers), some are parasitic (e.g. Rhizocephala, fish lice, tongue worms) and some are sessile(e.g. barnacles).

Myriapoda

Myriapoda

Myriapods (from Ancient Greek μυρίος (muríos) 'ten thousand', and πούς (poús) 'foot') are the members of subphylum Myriapoda, containing arthropods such as millipedes and centipedes.

Mammals

A mammal (from Latin mamma 'breast') is a vertebrate animal of the class Mammalia. Mammals are characterized by the presence of milk-producing mammary glands for feeding their young, a neocortex region of the brain, fur or hair, and three middle ear bones. These characteristics distinguish them from reptiles and birds.

Annelida

The annelids from Latin anellus, "little ring", also known as the segmented worms, are a large phylum, including ragworms, earthworms, and leeches. The species exist in and have adapted to various ecologies – some in marine environments, tidal zones and hydrothermal vents, others in fresh water, and yet others in moist terrestrial environments. The Annelids are bilaterally symmetrical, triploblastic, coelomate, invertebrate organisms.

   Platyhelminthes

The flatworms or Platyhelminthes  (from the Greek πλατύ, platy, meaning "flat" and ἕλμινς (helminth) meaning "worm") are a phylum of simple bilaterian, unsegmented, soft bodied, simple bilaterianunsegmentedinvertebrates.
